Chuck Young — President & CEO, Sr. Project Manager

MR CHUCK YOUNG has earned the trust of the architects, designers, and construction managers who make purchasing decisions in the commercial flooring industry. Due in no small part to his outstanding reputation for service and reliable performance, Division 9 has come to be regarded by many as the preferred choice for their best projects.

Mr. Young's professional history includes sales positions with DuPont Flooring and Evergreen Commercial, where he consistently exceeded sales goals and built solid relationships with the best installers, manufacturers & their distributors, and service providers. His technical expertise in commercial flooring applications is second to none.

Michael Quinton — Vice President, Sr. Project Manager

MR. MICHAEL QUINTON has tackled some of the most challenging projects in recent years in the greater Puget Sound area, managing myriad custom finish specs on some of the most aggressive schedules and logistically challenging sites. His projects' results have earned Division 9 the regard of many as a highly capable team.

Mr. Quinton owned and operated a commercial floorcovering installation business for over twenty years, after serving the industry in operational capacities for DuPont Flooring and its successors. He brought to Division 9 extensive knowledge of installation methods, solid relationships with quality installers, general contractors, and manufacturers, and the uncommon sense of a pragmatic and experienced businessman.

Melissa Boggan — CFO, Director of Operations

MS. MELISSA BOGGAN comes from a background in public accounting and consulting, and wrote the company's first business plan with Chuck Young. Ms. Boggan's experience in accounting, finance and management for a variety of industries helped to keep the company efficient and well-directed during periods of rapid growth. A peripheral expertise in information technology has contributed to the development of a finely-tuned infrastructure for the company. Ms. Boggan also leads the green initiative, infusing the company's top-level goal of sustainability throughout all operations.
