Division 9 and The Reserve at Everett Breathe New Life Into Senior Housing.

Division 9 Flooring recently had the pleasure of working on The Reserve Project in Everett.  We teamed with Exxel Pacific on this project and were able to make it come together without any big issues.

The Reserve caters to an older clientele in need of assisted living and offers several different floor plans and options.  They pride themselves on “Senior Living Done Right”.

The facility itself offers a lot. An on-site convenience store, entertainment lounge and a theatre room. They also offer a professional quality fitness center, indoor spa, activity and game rooms and even an on-site beauty shop. Reserved covered parking is available and some of the rooms even offer spacious patios or balconies.

The Reserve at Everett is located on the outskirts of Seattle. The City of Everett has plenty to offer, including their own minor league baseball team, The Everett Aqua Sox.  Every Sunday during the summer you’ll find Everett’s Farmers Market in full swing at The Port of Everett. You’ll also find Naval Station Everett. Home to two guided missile destroyers, two frigates, a Coast Guard Keeper, a Mariner Protector Class and a US Coast Guard Blue Shark.  It’s also home to about 350 sailors and civilians.

The Reserve at Everett is located next to many parks and shopping centers including Everett Mall. Or if you feel like driving in to Seattle for shopping, The Pike Place Market and Westlake Mall are both just a short drive. As is the Space Needle and Safeco Field – home to The Seattle Mariners. And Century Link Field – Home of the 2014 Superbowl Champion Seattle Seahawks.

The Reserve at Everett plans frequent outings for their seniors and likes to think their facility has a real family atmosphere. Division 9 Flooring was happy to assist in making The Reserve at Everett a great place for assisted Living.
