Division 9 Flooring teams up with The Laurel Group to create new look.
Division 9 Flooring recently completed a project with The Laurel Group. The Laurel Group Building is located at 911 North 145th Street in Shoreline. The building was built 12 years ago and at one point used as retail space for Laurel Gifts. The building now rents out office space and houses a banquet hall with a commercial kitchen. The hall is used for special occasions for non-profit groups and private parties. It’s a great alternative to downtown Seattle with easy access off I-5 and 99. And of course parking.
The Laurel Group has just completed a makeover and enlisted Division 9 Flooring to ensure their new flooring is high quality, professional looking and enduring. The right flooring can affect so many different things. It may seem like a minor factor, but considering it’s large surface and the amount of traffic it gets, the right flooring is extremely important.
Division 9 Flooring has the experience to deliver. From Microsoft to Ivars Acres of Clams, our flooring is spotlighted in many of Seattle’s most high profile buildings. Buildings that have been recognized for architectural excellence like Sunset Electric on Capitol Hill. Buildings that are built on historic Seattle structures like the Amazon building on Yale & Republican and Seattle’s Exchange Building. Also major hotels like The Westin and Renaissance. And the list goes on.
Division 9 Flooring has recently been recognized by King County for waste prevention and recycling. Sustainability is a priority for us. Every project we work, we treat as if it were our own. The Laurel building is no exception.
